UHI CommunityCare Clinic provides FREE health care to the uninsured and under-served members of our community. In addition to clinical services, UHI has active programs to develop future healthcare professionals and leaders, provide community education, and help with research into understanding the ever-changing needs of our community.

Board members and volunteer physicians focus on educating the community about health challenges through townhalls, webinars, and panel discussions.

More than 700 patients received FREE Vision services including FREE Prescription Eye Glasses Only FREE Clinic providing such services.

Established in 2008, UHI CommunityCare Clinic provides free primary and specialty health care to low-income, uninsured residents of South Florida. UHI, located in Opa Locka, is a nonprofit, volunteer-based clinic dedicated to helping those in need of necessary health care services but either cannot afford or do not have health insurance.
